Our Elbasan Project - Single Storey Light Steel

As Uysallar Yapı, this special steel villa project we built for Muammer İnci in Büyükçekmece/İstanbul brings together durability and aesthetics. In this project where modern architecture meets strong steel construction, we offered the most suitable solutions for our customer's needs.

The ceiling height of 5 meters on the lower floor of this 180 m² steel house offers a spacious and airy living space. A comfortable and friendly atmosphere is provided on the upper floor with a ceiling height of 3 meters. In addition to 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and an en-suite bathroom, an American kitchen, balcony and veranda are also some of the striking features of this house.

Thanks to the solid structure of the steel construction, the villa was built with a durability that will defy the years. The automatic shutter system used on the windows offers comfort and security together, while the special wooden material used on the stairs and railings brings naturalness and elegance to every corner of the house.

In the exterior design, stonework, striped decorative details and wood composite material give this steel villa a unique character. Our house, which has a flat and modern appearance with a special hidden parapet roof, stands out with its functionality as well as its aesthetics.
